4. Temperature logs are being maintained.
5. The dishwasher is sanitizing at more than 50 ppm chlorine concentration.
6. The sanitizer spray bottles have more than 200 ppm quat sanitizer solution.
7. No concerns identified with the food storage practices.
8. Soap and paper towel available on the two compartment sink.
9. Food Safe level 1 certified food handlers available on-site.
