Observation: (REPEAT) There is no detectable concentration of sanitizing solution in the dishwasher.
Corrective Action: Repair the dishwasher. In the mean time, notify all users of this facility by way of signage posted on the machine, that the machine is not to be used until repaired. All users of this premises must switch to manual dishwashing using the 3 compartment sink. Ensure there is a sufficient supply of sanitizer available and test strips to verify the concentration of sanitizing solution in the 3rd sink. A 3 compartment sink diagram has been provided with this report. This item was also noted on the December 2013 routine inspection report.
