Comments:
Inspection conducted by John Pickles and Kelcey Watts at 14:30hrs February 25, 2010.
General Observations:
1. Food Safety Plan in place.
2. Record system started, operating for a few weeks, but inconsistent recording, occasional days missed.
3. Staff had foodsafe4. Pest program in place – no signs of any issues.
4. All walk-in coolers & prep coolers working well <4 degrees C.
5. Thermometers inside all coolers.
6. Food covered, dated & correctly stored.
7. Freezer < -18 degrees C
8. Washroom clean, hand wash well stocked.
9. Dry Goods Store – spilt food & pop spillage under post-mix station not cleaned up.
10. All spray bottles labeled. Quat 200ppm in Kitchen, 0 ppm Quat in bar area (corrected during inspection). 11. Test strips available.

12. Hot holding units > 60 degrees C
13. Dish washer rinse temp 73 degrees.
14. Ice used for drinks had scoop inserted into it (Repeat Infraction) Corrected during inspection.
