Corrective Action: 2) Please keep all wall-mounted liquid handsoap dispensers filled (liquid dishwashing soap was available at time of inspection).

Corrective Action: 3) Dishwasher sanitizing rinse cycle must maintain 100ppm chlorine. Ensure dishwasher temperature gauge is working adequately and water temperature maintaining manufacturers recommendations. Provide test strips to monitor dishwasher sanitizer concentration.
