Comments:

Initial inspection conducted to ensure that the construction finishes were acceptable. The following items must be addressed prior to an operating permit being issued.
1. The wall behind the fryers must be patched.
2. The wall under the counter at the "cash end" of the front counter must be sealed to allow for proper cleaning.
3. Ensure the wood shelf above the prep line is properly sealed and will withstand frequent cleaning.
4. Soap and paper towel dispensers must be installed and be stocked.
5. A final cleaning and sanitizing will be required after all construction is completed.
6. Ensure all refrigeration is working properly; temperature logs should be started when equipment is turned on.

Operator is to contact the EHO for a final inspection when the above work in completed.
