Other items noted at time of inspection:
- Liquid soap and paper towels provided at handwash sinks.
- Freezer temperatures recorded -17C.
- Food in walk-in cooler recorded temperature between 6C and 8C (operator explained fridge door had been propped open during lunch period). Recommended operator transfer lunch prep foods to smaller fridge - to allow less opening of walk-in cooler door.
- Temperature logs maintained on daily basis.
- Dishwasher sanitizing rinse recorded 180F.
