Comments:

112 Freezer: Clean flooring under racks. Hand sink for staff should have towelling and liquid hand soap for staff to use.
Otherwise, this is a good operation. Staff need further training with FOODSAFE. Manager to look into training at Whistler.
Cows may also be closed for renovation by the end of October this year for a few weeks.
