Observation: The drywall in the alcove under the stairs is rotted and must be replaced.
Corrective Action: Provide enhanced cleaning in this area and remove all unnecessary equipment.

Observation: The area around the sump pump underneath the stairs should be properly sealed to prevent obnoxious odours from entering the premises. The holding tank is not properly sealed.
Corrective Action: Ensure that a proper plug is provided and that this area is cleaned and sealed.
803   Premises is free of conditions which lead to harboring/breeding of pests (Sec 26(b)
Observation: Mice are still in the basement of this building despite pest control efforts. Further sealing is required in all the conduits leading into the cieling area in the space next to the hot water tank.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the spaces between pipes in this area are all properly sealed to prevent access for pests. Also some spiders are in this area as well - these should all be vacuumed up and glue boards used in affected areas.

Comments:

Food storage in the dry storage area has improved - all food is now stored in proper cleanabl, sealable, pest proof containers. Reinspection in 1 month to address items 116 and 803.
