Further sealing is required in all the conduits leading into the cieling area in the space next to the hot water tank. Corrective Action: Ensure that the spaces between pipes in this area are all properly sealed to prevent access for pests. Also some spiders are in this area as well - these should all be vacuumed up and glue boards used in affected areas. |

Food storage in the dry storage area has improved - all food is now stored in proper cleanabl, sealable, pest proof containers. Reinspection in 1 month to address items 116 and 803.
