Items from previous inspection:
1. A sanitization step is now implemented for all utensils - facilitated by the installation of a new 2 compartment sink. Staff were provided with instructional signage for the proper wash-rinse-sanitizer method of dishwashing.
2. Both coolers now have thermometers and temperatures are being recorded in a log on a daily basis - good.
3. There is now a liquid soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser for hand washing - good.
4. The carpeted flooring is due to be installed before re-opening next spring.
There are no outstanding concerns at this time.
