Comments:

A Permit to Operate is issued this date subject to the following conditions:

-Single use utensils and packaging must be used and manual warewashing to be conducted until a functioning commercial dishwasher can be supplied to the premises as per the approved plans - complete within 1 week.
-Re-finish the work table in the bakery section so that the particle board edges and the ends of the 2x4s are properly sealed so that they are smooth, durable, non-porous and easily cleanable.
-Finish the flooring in the service/cafe section so that there are no holes or gaps in the wood - the floor surface should be made sealed so that it is, non-porous easy to clean, with no gaps, holes or depressions.
