Comments:

The following items on the August 24th inspection has been corrected:

1. The line cooler is running at less than 4 Degree Celsius.
2. Paper towel available on the front hand washing station.
3. Refrigeration temperatures being monitored and recorded.

The following items have not yet been addressed:
1. The upright fridge in the kitchen is running at 7.5 Degree Celsius. Any potentially hazardous items must not be stored in this fridge.
2. The upright freezer in the kitchen is running at -8 Degree Celsius. The freezer must be repaired to get less than -18 Degree Celsius temperature all the times.
3. All the fridges and freezers have not yet been provided with their own thermometer.
