Operator has completed some of the cleaning items as discussed during last week's routine inspection.
A plumber has done some work on the piping - please provide a receipt for the work that was completed.
A technician is scheduled to arrive later this week to conduct maintenance on the refrigeration and/or make recommendations for replacement as needed.
Operator has confirmed that drywall and flooring will be repaired, but not by this Friday.
