Observation: The reach in cooler was above 4 Degrees C.
Corrective Action: Re-institute temperature logs. Thermometers were given.
112   Poor Sanitary Design, Construction, Installation of Equipment & Utensils
Observation: The gasket/seal from the reach-in cooler door has separated and must be repaired replaced.
Corrective Action: as above
116   Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Cleanliness of the floor has improved, but more work is needed.
Corrective Action: The floor needs to be cleaned daily. Clean had begun at the time of inspection.

Suppliers, transportation and storage during transport were discussed.
