Comments:

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made (in compliance with regulatory requirements):
- Hand washing stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towel.
- All refrigeration temperatures met regulatory requirements (<4C).
- Freezer temperatures recorded below -18C
- All cooked foods in hot holding units measured >60C.
- Temperature logs maintained daily
- Food Safety Plans available for staff
- Thermometers noted in all coolers.
- Sanitizer concentration at 3 compartment sink tested 200ppm Quats
- Sanitizer concentration in wiping cloth buckets tested 200ppm Quats
- Food handling was observed during today's visit, no concerns were noted.
- All foods on site were labeled and dated.
- All stored foods were in sealed containers, wrapped or covered.
- Foodsafe trained staff were on site at time of inspection.
- Chemical storage area was clean and organized.
- Facility has a pest control program in place, no signs of pests were noted during today's visit.
- Washrooms are clean and supplied with soap/paper towel.
- Facility is clean and well maintained.
