Observation: The area underneath and around the dishwasher is relatively clean this time. However, it appears that this area is not being cleaned regularly. The clearance between dishwashing machine and the wall is full for food debris.
Corrective Action: A thorough cleaning in the dishwashing area must be made a part of daily cleaning checklist.

Met with Mike, the chef at the time of this follow up inspection.

This inspection was done to confirm the information on proposed change of ownership for this establishment.
Mike confirmed that this business is currently going through an ownership change and the new owner is expected to take over in the beginning of April 2013. Mike was advised that a food service establishment permit is not transferable and the new owner is required to apply for a new permit and comply with the operator's training and written food safety plan related requirements before a permit can be issued.
