General Observations:
1. Hand washing station supplied with soap, paper towel and hot/cold water
2. Dishwashing area well organized, bleach sanitizing solution tested 100ppm.
3. All refrigeration temperatures met regulatory requirements.
4. Thermometers noted in refrigeration units.
5. Staff have Foodsafe Level 1 training.
6. Food safety plan and sanitation plan on file.
7. No evidence of pest issues.
8. General food storage and handling practices appear acceptable.
9. Premises is clean and well-maintained.
Regarding record keeping:
This facility does not currently have a tracking/labeling system in place for their products. In case of foodborne illness complaints or recalls, implement a system that will enable the identification of the date each product was made and the batch it belongs to.
