Follow-up visit from August 25, 2011 routine inspection:
1. Cleaning has improved under the stairs, fewer fruit flies were noted. Continue working with your pest control company and following their recommendations.
2. Shelves and trim in the kitchen have been painted as well as metal racks in the bar coolers.
3. Floors in the walk-in cooler were very clean.
4. Hand washing station in kitchen was accessible.
