Observation: Back storage area was very cluttered and full of items not needed for operation.
Corrective Action: Ensure all clutter and items not needed for operation are removed and storage is organized so all storage is six inches off the ground. This will ensure that back storage area is organized and will facilitate easy cleaning.

Comments:

All refrigeration is below 4 degrees Celsius.
All freezing temperatures are below - 18 degrees Celsius.
All hot holding temperatures are above 60 degrees Celsius.
Food contact surface sanitizer is quats and was > 200 ppm at the time of the inspection.
Hand washing station was well equipped with soap and paper towel.
