Observation: Please adjust the burger cooler near the grill to the 0C to 4C range. Observed @ 8C.

Comments:

i Temperature control
1. All cooling units @ the proper operational range of 0C to 4C except the burger cooling trays. Please adjust unit to maintain the meat at the correct storage temperature.
2. Walk in freezer @ -18C
3. No extended hot holding observed @ the time of inspection
4. All cooling temperatures checked by superviser 3 times a day.
ii Sanitation equipment
1. Staff washrooms fully equipped.
2. Hand wash stations fully equipped
3. Three part sink assembly equipped with quats. In use @ 400ppm in the final rinse.
4. Public washroom clean and fully equipped at the time of inspection.
iii General Food Storage and Comments
1. Generally the premise was very clean and well organized @ the time of inspection.
2. In house system of training videos and in house food safety information however Food Safe Training still required by senior staff members..
