Comments:

Inspection conducted to follow-up on outstanding items noted on the previous inspection reports (March 12 & 29/07):
110 - corrected - An additional sink for food prep has been installed in the downstairs prep area.
116 - corrected - During the shut-down period, the BBQ area was power-washed, there is no longer a build-up of grease; ensure that the cleanliness of this area is maintained.
113 - ongoing - The handwash station was not functioning at the time of inspection, supervisor on-site has indicated that a work-order has been placed to have it repaired. A temporary handwash station has been set-up, this is a good response by staff when the handwash station is in need of repair.
