The following items noted at time of inspection:
- Refrigeration temperatures recorded 2C = good
- Freezer temperatures recorded -20C =good.
- Soups hot-holding above 65C = good.
- New dishwasher has been installed.
- Clean, wiping cloths stored in Quats sanitizer = good.
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels provided at handwash sinks.
- New Food Safety Plans and recipes for proposed additional menu items, have been submitted for review.
- Ensure thermometers are stored in all refrigerators and freezers. Monitor temperatures daily. Maintain refrigerators at 4C, or below.
- Facility clean and well organized.
