Observation: Sink in staff washroom must be repaired. Staff must wash hands/use new gloves each time they enter the food preparation area and each time they change tasks. Handbasin in front service area equipped with liquid soap and paper towels for handwashing at time of inspection.

Observation: Outstanding from previous inspection 30/03/04. Effective measures not used to control entrance (rodent and insect proof construction) and harborage of rodents, flies, cockroaches and other vermin. Screen door required at back entrance! If found open, fines will be charged.

Observation: Outstanding from previous inspection 30 March 04: 1.Premises not maintained free of clutter or unnecessary equipment - reduce clutter in all areas, discard empty boxes, and reorganize. 2.Areas under equipment must be cleaned on a regular basis.

CONDITIONS OF PERMIT
1.Any alteration to menu requires an approved food safety plan.
2.FoodSafe trained personnel must be on site at all times during operation.
3.Single-service dishes and utensils required for food service.

-Food Safety Plan is provincially approved. Food Safety Plan must be on site at all time for reference.
-Sanitation Plan approved.
-New Operator has FoodSafe Certificate.

-All wiping cloths are to be clean, restricted in use, and stored in approved sanitizing solution. Sanitizing solution (200 ppm QAC or 100 ppm chlorine solution) with wiping cloths is kept in a separate container and changed every 2 hours.
