All items from the previous report have been addressed. The line cooler drawers have been fixed and the line cooler maintains 4C at the time of inspection. Temperature logs and a cleaning plan have been developed and are currently in use, complete and up to date. The kitchen lights have covers and the damaged ceiling tiles have been replaced. Thank you for your attention to these items. Please maintain the current standard. Premises is clean and well maintained.
