Observation: Some utensils next to the cappuccino machine were stored in water.
Corrective Action: Ensure that utensils for use are stored in an approved food-grade sanitizing solution. They may be rinsed with water afterwards if desired.

Observation: The fittings for the pasta machine require an enhanced cleaning procedure.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the fittings for the pasta machine undergo an additional sanitizing step that includes immersion in a sanitizing solution for at least 1min. The fittings may then be rinsed with water.

Observation: Some cleaning is required on the crates and floor below the ice machine as well as behind and underneath the dishwasher.
Corrective Action: Ensure that this cleaning is completed.

Comments:

Premises is generally clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. The dishwasher reaches the required sanitizing rinse temperature. New coolers have been provided for the premises as well as an additional pasta machine.
