-refrigeration temperatures <4C = good!
-wiping cloths in sanitizing solution (100 ppm chlorine solution) = good!
-final rinse of high temp dishwasher at appropriate temp (77Cat dish with thermometer/>82C on gauge) = good!
-general maintenance is very good!
-ice scoops stored in a separate, washable container with handles facing out = good!
-most of staff has FoodSafe certificate = good!
-temperature logs being maintained = good!
