Cooler in the kitchen has been replaced, new unit maintaining temperature at 1C. Front display cooler has had a new compressor installed. Unit was still cooling down during inspection. Monitor this unit and do not use for food storage until it is maintaining 4C or less. Follow-up inspection to be conducted in approximately 1 week.
