Comments:
Premises is generally clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Dishwasher reaches required sanitizing rinse temperature at time of inspection. Temperature logs are complete and up to date. Hot breakfast items are to be added to the menu in the future.
Quats sanitizer containers contain 200ppm quat as required.
