Corrective Action: Sanitizer replaced at time of inspection. Ensure sanitizer buckets reach 200ppm quats - to accomplish this they must be changed regularly throughout the day. Also make sure all staff are trained to rinse the sanitizer off the utensils before using them. |

Comments:
Pepsi cooler has been repaired and now maintains food at 4 degrees throughout as required. Temperature logs have been made this date to reflect all cooling and hot holding but have yet to be implemented. Glasswasher still requires repairs, the dishwasher is being used for glasswashing in the interim.
