Follow up inspection.
The following items from the previous inspection report have been addressed:
- The mop bucket is now being stored away from the ice machine.
- No drink bottle or containers being stored in the ice well.
The following items are still in the process of getting corrected:
- The dishwasher is awaiting a spare part and still now reaching the required sanitizing temperature in the final rinse cycle. The operator to manually sanitize the dishes and utensils after running through the dishwasher.
- The line cooler is relatively cold this time. Minimum temperature in the cooler measured 6 degree Celsius. A refrigeration technician is expected to complete the ongoing repair work by this week.
- Temperature logs are not up to date.
A follow up inspection is required.
