Corrective Action: There must be at least one person with foodsafe level 1 certification working in the store. Failing to correct this violation in 20 days will result in a $230 violation ticket.
802  Critical Premises are free of pests (Sec 26(a)
Observation: Fruit flies observed near the mop sink and behind the ice machine.
Corrective Action: Consult a pest control professional to control fruit flies in the premises.
