Comments:

This facility is allowed to open provided the following general construction items are addressed:
1. The coving material at the interface of the walls and the floor needs to be properly sealed to the floor.
2.The floor in the front bar area is rough and needs to be sealed to make it smooth and easily cleanable. This applies to the concrete as well as the metal flooring.
3. The outside of the bar counter needs to be coved to make it easily cleanable.
4. A paper towel dispenser and a soap dispenser needs to be provided on the hand sinks in the kitchen as well as in the bar.
5. All the doors to the outside need to be made rodent proof.
6. The hole in the floor for the utility pipes needs to be covered and sealed to make it pest proof. This applies to the hole in near the wall and underneath the counter.

The permit to operate for this food service establishment is being issued with the following conditions:
1. No grease laden vapors permitted.
2.The food service permitted is limited to the items listed on the submitted food safety plan. Any future changes to the menu items will be subject to the approval from the Environmental Health Officer.
