Observation: Iodine sanitizer container for the glasswasher is empty. No detectable sanitizer in the machine.
Corrective Action: Change the sanitizer container and ensure that the supply lines are not plugged with the dry sanitizer. Develop a daily monitoring procedure for the sanitizer levels in the glasswasher. Provide a test kit to monitor sanitizer concentrations in the glasswasher and maintain daily logs OR make a plan for the daily monitoring and recording of sanitizer and detergent levels in the containers.
110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: Pop spray nozzle holder is in need of cleaning. Fruit flies were observed flying around the bar counter.
Corrective Action: Pop/soda spray nozzle holder should be cleaned and sanitized regularly. All the garbage should be taken out at closing time and the area underneath the counter must be kept clean to keep eliminate the breeding grounds for the flies.
113   Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: Paper towels are not available on the hand washing station.
Corrective Action: Provide single use paper towels on the hand washing station.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Area underneath the bar counter is dirty.
Corrective Action: Clean the area underneath the counter.
