Comments:

Follow-up visit conducted to check on food temperatures for the line cooler. Some work has been done to repair the bottom drawers so they close properly. They are still very difficult to open and close and the bottom 2 drawers do not seem to seal completely. There is no improvement regarding the fit of inserts on the top - there is presently no configuration for inserts so there are no gaps that allow cold air to escape. Food temperatures were marginal for inserts and in bottom drawers - all inserts had lids at time of inspection. More work is needed on this unit: drawers must open and close properly and seal completely. The inserts must fit in the top of the unit so there are absolutely no gaps. Also - switch to metal inserts wherever possible and replace any plastic inserts that have broken edges. The door seals on the drawers also have a significant accumulation of food debris trapped between the rubber folds - these must be thoroughly cleaned.

Regarding the 2 upright coolers - temperatures were marginal today. Top shelves within both units are very full which is blocking the majority of cold air flow. Re-organize top shelves to facilitate better air circulation within these units.
