110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: a)Temperature logs are not available for under the gill cooler and the line cooler. b) Wiping cloths are not stored in the sanitizer solution.
Corrective Action: a)Maintain temperature logs of all the refrigeration, freezing and hot holding equipment. b) Store wiping cloths in an approved sanitizer solution all the time.
113   Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: There are two hand washing sinks but the hand towel dispensers are not at a convenient distance/not accessible to the food handlers. Food handlers are using cloth towels to dry hands after washing.
Corrective Action: Move the paper towel dispensers or provide paper towels near to the hand sink.

Comments:

Generally a well maintained facility. All temperatures are meeting health requirements. All items from the December 8th, 2008 inspection reports have been corrected.
Food safety plan has been provided.
The prep cooler and the ventilation systems are in proper running order.
