Utensils and equipment – washed and then sanitized with quats (concentration measured 200ppm quats)

Foods covered and protected from contamination
Non-Compliance:
Hand washing station in front counter area lacked liquid soap (it did have hot/cold water and paper towel) – corrected at time.
Bottle of soap in front counter area in a water bottle – not labeled (asked staff to correct)
