Comments:
Met with operator onsite to discuss changes to the facility to acoomodate the extra seating capacity. Extra cooling line has been providing along with an extra cooling unit in the back storage area. Discussed limiting the menu during busy periods. As per previous reports, a completed food safety plan was previously agreed to be completed before the opening of the GLC patio. As this is the case, the Food Safety Plan must be submitted ASAP. Please ensure that the FSP is sent to our office by next monday. If the food safety plan is not submitted by Monday, operation of the patio may be excluded until an acceptable plan is submitted and approved by our office.
