Glass washing machine technician on site at the time of this inspection.
The bar glass washer is now providing >12.5 ppm iodine in the rinse cycle. The testing procedure for iodine demonstrated to the staff. The operator to provide iodine test kit and start monitoring iodine levels.
The detergent and sanitizer lines have now been labelled.
