The following new menu items have been approved:
- Ham/peas/cream pasta.
- Zucchini/shrimp/garlic pasta
- Portabello mushroom/garlic pasta
Food Safety Plans for new menu items have been submitted and approved

Menu items with raw eggs or raw meat, not approved at this time.

Operator currently has plans to install an additional handwash sink and food preparation sink, in the back kitchen. Please submit drawings/plans for review and approval, prior to work being conducted.

Menu may be enlarged, once all kitchen requirements have been met.
