Follow up inspection.
The following critical violation from the previous inspection has now been corrected.
The low temperature dishwasher is now providing >50 ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.
The following violations are still outstanding.
- Chlorine test strips are not available. The operator must provide chlorine sanitizer test strips and start daily monitoring and recording of the sanitizer levels in the dishwasher.
- Construction/maintenance related items are outstanding. Please see September 4, 2013 routine inspection report for details.
