Observation: Line cooler number 2 is still running a bit warmer than 4 Degree Celsius. According to the operator, a work order has been placed to look into this issues.

Comments:

The owner and one of the shift supervisors have obtained Food Safe Level 1 certification. Another shift supervisor is scheduled to go for Oct 30th, 2009 food safe training in Whistler.
Temperatures are being monitored. The operator is recommended to record the temperature on the thermometer instead of having the check marks on the temperature records sheets. Please document all the corrective actions taken whenever the critical temperature limits are not met.
This facility is being issued a permit to operate effective 7th Oct, 2009.
