Comments:
Premises clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Temperature logs are maintained. Dishwasher reaches 50ppm chlorine as required. Pest control is maintained for the facility and reports are kept onsite. Alterations to the facility have been completed: new flooring has been installed and the dish pit area has been refinished with durable, non-porous easily cleanable materials. No concerns noted at time of inspection.
