In compliance items:

1. All refrigeration temperatures are below 4 Degree Celsius.
2. Freezer temperatures below -18 Degree Celsius.
3. Hot holding temperature above 60 Degree Celsius.
4. Facility well maintained.
5. Hand washing stations equipped with soap and paper towel.
6. All the fridges have thermometers in them.
7. Temperature logs are being maintained.
8. The dishwasher is sanitizing at more than 50 ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.
9. No signs of pest infestation.
10. No concerns identified with the food storage and handling practices.
11. Food safe certified food handlers available on site.

Two food samples (routine surveillance), one each for white sushi rice and brown sushi rice was collected at the time of this inspection.

Recommendation: Please consider relocating the brooms and mops hanging on the wall near the ice machine to eliminate any possibility of accidental ice/ice scoop contamination.
