Observation: A probe type food thermometer not available. The lowest measuring range on the hot holding thermometer currently in use is 50 degree Celsius and this thermometer does not appear to be accurate.
Corrective Action: Provide a hot holding thermometer or a probe type food thermometer to monitor hot holding temperatures.

Routine inspection. Discussed the results of this inspection with the operator Jarnail.

In compliance items:
- Walk in cooler, front display cooler, and pizza cooler is running below 4 degree Celsius.
- Temperature logs being maintained.
- Thermometers available in all the cooling units with potentially hazardous foods in them.
- Soap and paper towel available on the hand washing stations.
- Hot holding temperature of the pizza display >60 degree Celsius.
- High temperature dishwasher is sanitizing at > 71 degree Celsius on the dishes.
- 200 ppm quat sanitizer available in a spray bottles and out of sanitizer dispenser.
- Food safe certified food handlers available.
- Wash rooms well supplied.
- General maintenance of the premises is satisfactory.
- No signs of any pest infestation.
- Food storage practices in the walk in cooler are satisfactory.
- All food contact surfaces, including pizza display trays are washed and sanitized after each use.
