Comments:

No concerns at the time of inspection.

Outstanding items from last inspection have been addressed. That is, there is now a functioning light bulb in the back cooler and the ice scoop is being stored in a clean container outside the ice machine, not inside the ice machine.

Food contact surface sanitizer is quaternary ammonium. It was at a concentration greater than 200 ppm.
All handwashing stations were well stocked with soap and paper towel.
Temperature logs were up to date and well maintained.
All refrigeration units had a working thermometer and were maintaining a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius (fridge) or minus 18 degrees Celsius (freezer).
Knowledge of how to clean and sanitize the ice cream machine and snow cone machine is very good.
