29 September 2004 Inspection at 3:30pm
Areas addressed from previous inspection (07/05/04) as follows.
110.Food now protected during storage from potential sources of contamination.
Foods under refrigeration kept covered with plastic wrap or properly fitted covers.
118.Upgrades to sink in food preparation installed by 01 October 2004 - new 3compartment sink installed so that dishes and utensils can be washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried.

Other areas noted at time of inspection.
-facility is very well maintained.
-refrigeration units <4C-good!
-wiping cloths stored in sanitizing solution - good!
-food safety plan posted-good!
-liquid soap and paper towel available for handwashing - good!

Conditions of Permit revised.
CONDITIONS OF PERMIT
1.Any alteration to menu requires an approved food safety plan.
2.FoodSafe trained personnel must be on site at all times during operation.
