Corrective Action: This surface must be refinished so that it becomes smooth, non-porous and easily cleanable - recommend using a durable high-gloss paint.

Observation: Temperature logs have been completed for the last three days but before that there are no records for the month of september.
Corrective Action: Ensure that all staff are aware of the requirement of maintaining daily temperature logs for the premises.

Comments:

Premises clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures met regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Dishwasher reaches 82 degrees Celsius in the sanitizing rinse as required.
