Discussed the results of this inspection with Jarnail Singh.

In compliance items:
- All fridges except the front display cooler are running below 5 degree Celsius.
-Temperature logs are being maintained.
- Foodsafe certfied staff available.
- Handwashing facilities are satisfactory.
- Sanitizer spray bottle has >200 ppm quat sanitizer.
- The dishwasher rinse temperature > 71 degree Celsius on the dishes.
- Food storage practices appears to be satisfactory.
- Food handling practices appears to be satisfactory.
- Washroom is well supplied.
- Maintenance of the premises is satisfactory.

Note: The air temperature of the front display cooler measured 8 degree Celsius at the time of this inspection. The operator advises that the cooler door had been left open resulting in the high temperatures. Advised the operator to monitor the cooler temperature more frequently. Should the cooler fail to stay below 5 degree Celsius for extended period of time, all the potentially hazardous items to be removed and the cooler be repaired.
