Follow up inspection to verify the implementation of improved fly exclusion measures.
This facility has a fly screen door on the back exit but this door is not self closing and doesn't seal properly leaving a potential for flies to enter. The front door is also kept open during spring/summer months.
At the time of this inspection, no noticeable improvements observed on the back screen door. However, there was no fly problem this time due to the winter season.
The operator advised to provide some reliable fly exclusion measure both on the back and on the front door before the beginning of next spring. These measures may include a self closing fly screen and/or an air curtain. In the absence of these measures, the front and back door must be kept closed all the times.
The new food service establishment permit with the amended conditions on permit also dropped at the facility at the time of this inspection.
