Comments:

The following items from the Aug 3 routine inspection report has been corrected:

1. The line cooler has been serviced. The temperature of cooler in the lower portion is less than 4 Degree Celsius. The operator is advised to avoid overfilling the inserts and keep them covered to help maintaining the refrigeration temperatures of the food. The food temperature in the inserts should be monitored and the appropriate corrective actions be taken should the temperature of the food in the inserts go any higher than 4 degree Celsius.
2. Sanitizer testing strips has been provided both for quat and bleach sanitizer.

The following items are still outstanding and need immediate attention:

1. An updated written food safety and sanitation plan has not been submitted. As per information provided by the manager, the food safety and sanitation plans are in the process of being finalized and will be available with in one week.
2. The front bar tap has not been repaired to eliminate the potential of splash into the ice sink.

Note:
-The correction of the items leading to the ice build up in the walk in cooler were not verified at the time of this inspection.
-The line cooler in corner of the kitchen has been repaired and was found to be below 4 Degree Celsius at the time of this inspection.
