Areas addressed since last inspection (December 19, 2006):

113. 1. Men's washroom toilet has been repaired.
2. Women's washroom toilet seat lid has been replaced.

110. 1. Ice cream scoop is stored inside ice cream freezer, or cleaned and sanitized between uses.
2. Freezer in sushi prep area is organized and frozen fish products are consumed on a frequent and continuous basis.
3. Operator will continue to empty, clean and sanitize ice machine on a monthly basis.

109. Facility has undergone some cleaning of floors. Operator will continue to maintain a regular cleaning schedule for all aspects of facility.

Recommendation made to operator that he purchase a new freezer this year (for sushi prep area).
Operator will plan to repaint shelves in walk-in cooler, this year.
